Pamela Hamilton, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and more than 20 years of experience in the nursing profession. She brings a strong foundation in psychiatric nursing and advanced expertise in psychiatric medication management, treating a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Pamela earned her advanced practice nursing degree from Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky, where she developed a holistic and patient-centered approach to mental health care. She is deeply committed to providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based treatment tailored to each individual’s needs. Understanding that life can bring a variety of challenges and stressors, Pamela strives to create a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard and empowered. She listens attentively to each person’s story and partners with them to identify practical, effective solutions for achieving emotional wellness.
Outside of her professional work, Pamela enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and listening to music, all of which enrich her perspective and connection with the people she serves.

A representative from Resilience Wellness will contact patients prior to the appointment to collect co-pays and/or deductibles if applicable.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to contact Sarah or their provider via email or text message at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a fee.
Resilience Wellness Telehealth No-Show and Cancellation Policies
It is the goal of Resilience Wellness to provide exceptional care to every patient in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of and adherence to our policies.
Patients who miss their appointment (no-show) or fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $150 fee. New patients who no-show and/or late/same-day cancel/reschedule their initial appointment twice may not be permitted to reschedule with any of our providers for 30 days.
If a patient has incurred 2 documented no-shows and/or late/same-day cancellations/reschedules, Resilience Wellness reserves the right to dismiss the patient or require a non-refundable payment based on self-pay rates for any future services.
Patients who have 3 no-shows and/or late/same-day cancellations/reschedules may be discharged from the program (including therapy and med management).
For a patient previously dismissed due to no-show and/or late cancellation/rescheduling to be eligible to schedule with a Resilience Wellness provider again, any and all patient charges, including fees pertaining to missed appointments, must be settled, and prepayment of a portion of the new visit amount may be required.
Patients with a Resilience Wellness balance at or above $225 must make a payment to bring the balance below $225 prior to being seen by their provider.
