Resilience Wellness Telehealth No-Show and Cancellation Policies

It is the goal of Resilience Wellness to provide exceptional care to every patient in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of and adherence to our policies.

Patients who miss their appointment (no-show) or fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $150 fee. If a patient has incurred 2 documented no-shows and/or late/same-day cancellations/reschedules, Resilience Wellness reserves the right to dismiss the patient or require a non-refundable payment based on self-pay rates for any future services.
