Licensed Counselor

Amy, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, graduated from Webster University in 2010. She has extensive experience providing strength-based support to teens and adults in a variety of mental health settings with issues ranging from everyday life struggles to serious mental illness.

Amy firmly believes in the dignity and worth of all, enjoys working with those, aged 13 and up, from all cultural and racial backgrounds as well as the LGBTQIA+ community. Her areas of specialty include stress management, grief/loss, chronic disease management, gender identity, communication, and self-esteem issues.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys time with family and friends and her fantastic dog!

OR use your internet browser to access https://zoom.us, then select “Join A Meeting” in the upper right-hand side of Zoom’s landing page. When prompted, input 787 413 1035 for the meeting ID.

Amy will admit you from the waiting room into the session. Please note that at times, there may be a delay in your provider joining the meeting, and an appropriate grace period past your scheduled appointment time may be necessary to allow your provider to prepare to meet with you. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

A representative from Resilience Wellness will contact patients prior to their appointment if co-pays and/or deductibles are owed.

In order to change your appointment, please contact Penny Rhudy at Penny.Rhudy@rdmgpa.com or (919) 410-7083. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to contact Penny or their provider via email or text message at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a fee.

Resilience Wellness Telehealth No-Show and Cancellation Policies

It is the goal of Resilience Wellness to provide exceptional care to every patient in a timely manner. We appreciate your understanding of and adherence to our policies.

Patients who miss their appointment (no-show) or fail to cancel or reschedule the appointment more than 24 hours in advance will be charged a $150 fee. New patients who no-show and/or late/same-day cancel/reschedule their initial appointment twice may not be permitted to reschedule with any of our providers for 30 days.

If a patient has incurred 2 documented no-shows and/or late/same-day cancellations/reschedules, Resilience Wellness reserves the right to dismiss the patient or require a non-refundable payment based on self-pay rates for any future services.

Patients who have 3 no-shows and/or late/same-day cancellations/reschedules may be discharged from the program (including therapy and med management).

For a patient previously dismissed due to no-show and/or late cancellation/rescheduling to be eligible to schedule with a Resilience Wellness provider again, any and all patient charges, including fees pertaining to missed appointments, must be settled, and prepayment of a portion of the new visit amount may be required.

Patients with a Resilience Wellness balance at or above $225 must make a payment to bring the balance below $225 prior to being seen by their provider.
