How long will it take to get scheduled?
Our Client Support Specialists can help you get seen within two weeks.
How long does an appointment last?
Initial medication management appointments are 60 minutes and follow ups are 30 minutes. Counseling appointments are 50 minutes.
How do I get matched with a counselor?
Finding the right therapist is key! You have the ability to select a counselor from the bios on the “The Team” page and request to be schedule with a particular provider. Or, our client relations specialist are happy to help with recommendations. You are free to switch counselors within our team if you feel like you need a better fit and our Client Support Specialists are happy to help with that.
What insurance plans do we accept?
We accept most insurance plans including Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Humana, Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, UHC and more. Our Client Support Specialists are happy to help with any coverage related questions.
What ages do we work with?
Medication management services are offered for those aged 6 and up. Counseling services are offered for those aged 13 and up.
How is payment handled?
A Client Support Specialists will contact you prior to your appointment to discuss payment and collect any co-pay.
How will my appointment take place?
You will receive a link to your providers safe, secure, and private Zoom room. This can be accessed by computer, tablet, or phone.
How many times can I see a counselor?
We place no limit on the number of appointments you can have with your provider.
