Amy, a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, graduated from Webster University in 2010. She has gained extensive experience providing strength-based support to teens and adults in a variety of mental health settings with issues ranging from everyday life struggles to serious mental illness. Amy firmly believes in the dignity and worth of all, enjoys working with those, ages 13 and up, from all cultural and racial backgrounds as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Her areas of specialty include stress management, grief/loss, chronic disease management, gender identity, communication, and self-esteem issues. She values time with family and friends.

Your appointment with Amy Ketner, LCMHC, with Resilience Wellness has been scheduled.

Amy will admit you from the waiting room into the session. Please note that at times, there may be a delay in your provider joining the meeting and an appropriate grace period past your scheduled appointment time may be necessary to allow your provider to prepare to meet with you. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

A representative from Resilience Wellness will contact patients prior to their appointment if co-pays and/or deductibles are owed.

In order to change your appointment, please contact Penny Rhudy at [email protected] or (919) 410-7083. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to contact Penny or their provider via email or text message at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid a fee.

Resilience Wellness Telehealth No-Show and Cancellation Policy

It is the goal of the Resilience Wellness team to provide exceptional care to every patient in a timely manner. Our practice is committed to providing the best treatment for our patients and we appreciate your understanding of our policies.

If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule an appointment, patients are required to contact their provider via email or text message at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.

Patients who miss their appointment without contacting the provider or fail to reschedule their appointment 24 hours in advance will be charged a $75 fee. New patients who no show and/or late/same day cancel/reschedule their initial appointment twice will not be permitted to reschedule with any of our providers for 30 days.

If a patient has incurred 2 documented no-show and/or same day cancellations/reschedules, Resilience Wellness reserves the right to dismiss the patient or require a non-refundable payment based on self-pay rates for any future services.

Patients who have 3 no show and/or late/same day cancellation/reschedules may be discharged from the program (including therapy and med management).

For a patient previously dismissed due to no show and/or late cancellation/reschedules to be eligible to schedule with a Resilience Wellness provider again, any and all patient charges, including fees pertaining to missed appointments, must be settled and pre-payment of a portion of the new visit amount may be required.

Patients with a balance at or above $250 must make a payment to bring the balance below $250 prior to being seen by their provider.
